Feel Your Body.
Free Your Spirit.
I’m Chantel Dominique, a Guide for Embodied Living.
I know what it feels like to straddle the threshold of desiring to belong and desiring to be free.
Modern-day systems of oppression, hierarchy & capitalism demand that we adapt to belong, or else risk becoming othered. It’s when adapting to these demands requires us to disconnect from ourselves, over-produce, and over-perform that our autonomy over mind, body, and spirit becomes compromised - often leading us to develop chronic stress, numbing behaviors, creative blockages, and emotional dysregulation.
I believe that when we come into a practice of self-awareness and rooted presence, we can begin to reclaim ownership of ourselves. Through inhabiting our bodies with more intentionality and authenticity, we learn to notice what’s true for us, discern what we need, and choose how we want to move through the world.
This work is sacred, slow, and healing - existing outside of the unnatural rhythms of mass production. Through it, I accompany you with nurturing presence and insight as we tune in to the needs of your body & spirit, confront what no longer works, and move to new rhythms that align with your truth.
You will be held as you journey towards an embodied lifestyle that brings you back home to YOU.
Is your current lifestyle leaving you feeling burnt out or disconnected from yourself?
Do you desire to feel more at home in your body?
Are you craving reconnection to your creativity, self-expression, and sense of freedom?
What is Embodied Living?
Living an embodied lifestyle means living intentionally and with awareness of your truth. It means being present with your experience as it unfolds and shifts.
It’s a way of life that centers the body as a site of wisdom. Via breath, movement, and self-awareness, life can be experienced from a place of power and choice, rather than from a state of survival.
Breathe. Feel. Flow. Release.
Are you ready to slow down, listen inward, and live aloud your truth?
Let’s work together!
