December 9th Theme: Expanding beyond what we believe is possible.

In our first gathering, we’ll dream about where we're headed next under the New Moon energy. We’ll also practice noticing what limitations we might be currently living in & what might be possible and accessible to us beyond those limits.

About the Space

Together We Tend is a virtual practice space born out of desire to connect, heal, and express in community, free from judgment. Inspired by African American ritualized ring shouts, Together We Tend is an invitation to gather through movement, art, play, and reflection to listen,

explore, dream, exhale, be, remember, and reclaim. As the world continues to demand that we overextend and overproduce in order to prove ourselves worthy, Together We Tend offers a space to slow down and tend to our spiritual, bodily, and creative needs within a supportive community.

As a deeply curious & creative spirit living in a world that sends us daily messaging to over-produce, over-perform, and further capitalism’s mission of mass production, I’ve often found myself burnt out, numb, and too exhausted to tend to my own needs.

Over the past six years, I’ve been gathering and building a relationship with creative tools and somatic practices that refill my cup, refuel my spirit, and remind me that my worthiness exists beyond society’s limiting expectations of who I should be.

I'm excited to blend together my practices of personal reflexivity, creative and somatic inquiry, with my professional experience in workshop facilitation, writing, Hatha yoga, and somatic psychology to create a recurring space for creative and curious spirits.

Together, let’s tend to what needs attention - free of judgment and expectation.
