Authentic Circles of Sovereignty
Authentic Circles of Sovereignty or Authentic Circles for short, is a living, loving, and co-created virtual space* guided and facilitated by Chantel Dominique to support individuals with centering, practicing, and experiencing joy, curiosity, compassion, and grace in community.
Each circle, we ground, move, reflect, and explore via practices like somatic inquiry, art-making, journaling, dancing, and gentle conversation.
This is a soft space to show up just as you are — no need to be “ready” or experienced. All parts of you really are welcome here.
Come with your body, your breath, and whatever the day and week has made of you. We’ll begin gently.
*These circles prioritize and center the healing and voices of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color who identify as women, femmes, immigrants, trans, and nonbinary. All are welcome to attend with care and awareness.
This space is offered by donation — contribute what you can, if you can. You showing up is enough. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.

We begin by arriving — into body, breath, and shared space. Through grounding practices like movement, breathwork, and intentional icebreakers, we attune to ourselves and one another, creating a rooted container for the circle to unfold. -

Follow your curiosity. Let something speak.
This is a space to connect with your inner landscape — through creative prompts, journaling, art-making, movement or somatic inquiry. There’s no right way to express — only the invitation to meet yourself with honesty and care. -
🤲🏾 Hold & Be Held
A space to witness and be witnessed, gently.
We gather not to fix or perform, but to be real — in silence, in story, in stillness. In this circle, you are invited to both offer presence and receive it. Through optional sharing, we practice communal care and brave listening.
