In order to manage the daily stressors of being a human, maintain a relationship to my body and breath, and flourish in our fast-paced society, I practice mindfulness and yoga to support and tend to my bodily and emotional needs.

My Yoga Practice

Iā€™m a 200-hour registered Yoga Teacher and offer Hatha and Gentle Yoga classes to support others in bringing balance and peace to the body, mind, and spirit via intentional breath (pranayama) and yoga postures (asanas).

I first came to yoga to explore new forms of physical fitness, but immediately began experiencing how soothing and supportive it was on my mind, body, and spiritual ailments.

With a desire to deepen my personal practice and to begin sharing the healing and nourishing effects of yoga with others, I completed my teacher training with Purusha Yoga School in San Francisco in Summer 2023.

My style as an instructor and student is gentle, fluid, and explorative.

Yoga & Mindfulness for BPD

Iā€™m partnering with Emotions Matter to host bi-monthly YOGA + MINDFULNESS workshops for folks with BPD. This class supports cultivating a sense of safety, love, awareness, and grounding within oneself through the practice of Yoga. This is a 60 minute Hatha flow for people with Borderline Personality Disorder.
